Job Responsibilities:

1.Organize and coordinate various management tasks related to production operations in accordance with the company's production management system to ensure smooth production operations.

2.Perform start-up, shutdown, and load adjustment operations based on production instructions; promptly address process fluctuations and coordinate the resolution of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment failures during production.

3.Report analysis and testing results to superiors in a timely manner, make appropriate adjustments to process parameters, and maintain corresponding records.

4.Adhere to all rules and regulations to ensure the personal safety of oneself and team members, as well as the safety of equipment.

5.Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.

Job Requirements:

1.Associate degree or higher in a chemical-related field.

2.Minimum of two years of experience in paint production, with familiarity in paint production processes and quality control requirements.

3.Good health, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility.

2.Develop new clients, maintain existing client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

3.Responsible for the sales, bidding processes, and after-sales service support of the company's metal coating products.

Job Requirements:

1.College degree or above, preferably in chemistry or related fields.

2.At least two years of sales experience, with preference given to those with experience in metal coating sales.

3.Strong professional ethics, excellent communication skills, and good stress tolerance.

4.Willingness to travel and work in assigned regions as needed.

1.Responsible for the research and development, performance enhancement, and process improvement of the company's coatings and polyester products.

2.Responsible for compiling relevant documentation during the R&D project development process.

3.Responsible for managing laboratory operations.

Job Requirements:

1.Master's degree or above in Polymer Materials, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.

2.Preference given to candidates with R&D experience in coatings or polyester products.

3.Preference given to candidates with professional achievements (projects, patents, publications).

4.Strong communication skills and a high sense of work responsibility.
