To further enhance teamwork and strengthen communication and collaboration among employees, in October 2024, Wanshun New Materials Co., Ltd. organized the 2024 team-building and development event themed "Uniting Hearts, Gathering Momentum for the Future." The event not only included intense and stimulating team-building exercises but also incorporated relaxed and enjoyable activities such as barbecues and a bonfire party. These activities allowed employees to deepen their mutual understanding and trust amidst laughter and joy.

On the day of the event, employees arrived at the scenic team-building base with great anticipation. Before the activities began, General Manager Li emphasized the main purpose of the team-building event and expressed his hope that all departments would enhance communication and collaboration through this experience. Following this, under the guidance of the coach, everyone was quickly divided into four teams:

This not only showcased the team spirit of each group but also became a vital source of morale-boosting strength in the subsequent competitions. The team-building activities were diverse and engaging, ranging from blindfolded sorting to relay races and tug-of-war. Each task tested the默契 and collaborative abilities of the team members.

In the blindfolded sorting activity, employees had to arrange team members in ascending order based on the numbers they held. During the relay race, participants applied work methods to the game by strategically combining four mini-games to minimize completion time. In the tug-of-war competition, each team engaged in a fierce contest of strength, with every member demonstrating a determined spirit to strive for first place. These moments collectively embodied the power of teamwork and unleashed the potential of all participants.
